Problems with my username.

I've just signed up for the Catholic exchange website but I seem to be having trouble with my username.

The username that I signed up with was Delicate Princess but I have to sign in with NCcqsvKtThDzD... when I tried to sign in using Delicate Princess, I kept getting error messages.

Is this supposed to be like this?

Based on my personal experience it appears you entered your password where it asked for your username and vice versa. You may want to have the account deleted and re-register.
